John and his team did a great job for us. Unfailingly cheerful and "can do" they had high standards for their work and themselves. They made a first class job of a complex assignment, making the technical building challenges seem effortless, managing the logistics and procurement without a hiccup, and maintaining the cleanest, tidiest, and most secure site I have seen. On time and on budget as well. We couldn't have asked for more and have been 100% happy with the result.

The Sail Loft extension and refurbishment was a very challenging job given restricted site access and the sensitive nature of the development. John and his team did an excellent job. The quality of their workmanship was high, including a lot of external stone cladding and walls. John at all times kept us well informed and gave excellent advice. The village has also complimented the team on their friendly and accommodating nature. I have no hesitation in recommending John and his team.

Without John and his excellent team we would never have achieved the full renovation of our Grade II listed cottage. The work was extremely complicated, much more extensive than first thought and beset by planning delays. John took all this in his stride combining outstanding practicality and creativity with a good sense of humour and perspective. The site was extremely difficult with no parking or place to store materials meaning that John's logistics and planning had to be spot on. John stuck to budget and agreed timescales. The fact that we now count John and his team as friends speaks volumes not only to the very high quality of his work but also to the professionalism of him and his team.
