Holly House

Holly House is a Timber Framed New Build, with block and render below cedar cladding on the first floor elevations.

The roof on the two wings is Natural Slate, whilst the connecting hallway has a Zinc shallow pitched roof.

The triple garage also has a slate roof with Solar Panels, to provide solar power to the Air Source Heat Pump and Underfloor Central heating system on both floors.

All the windows and doors are powder coated Aluminium, to help keep the maintenance on this new house to the minimum.

The Driveway is a Permeable Resin again for durability as well as easy maintenance.
